Prattville's Way Off Broadway Theatre Will Host Opening of 'The Secret Garden' July 26

Prattville’s Way Off Broadway Theatre (WOBT) is proud to present The Secret Garden, by Marsha Norman and Lucy Simon. The play will be presented through special arrangement with Samuel French. The production is directed by Blair Dyson, who previously directed Brighton Beach Memoirs and Barefoot in the Park at WOBT.

This beloved musical will be performed by 22 members of the cast, dreamers and ensemble, including Jared Malan as Colin Craven, Magdalene Dyson as Mary Lennox, Lucas Younts as Dickon, Sam Wallace as Archibald Craven, and Eric Arvidson as the head gardener Ben Weatherstaff.

The Secret Garden will open on Thursday, July 26, at 7:30 p.m. with an opening-night reception to follow. The production will run three consecutive weekends from July 27 through August 12, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 p.m. and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $14 at the door and can be purchased on line at cc.prattvilleal.gov, over the phone with Mastercard or Visa, or by visiting the Special Events office at 203 West 4th Street in Prattville.
